Judith, or Judy as she's known, is a first-generation Mexican-American who draws inspiration from the many relationships that fill her life with light and love, fueling her creative endeavors. She has a unique gift for nurturing ideas, guiding them from the earliest spark to full realization. Her passion for books began at the age of nine when her parents gifted her an encyclopedia—a treasure that opened countless doors to new worlds. Today, she channels her love for knowledge and her deep compassion for others into her work as the founder of Monarchs Therapy, a virtual mental health practice in California. When she is not in session or writing books, Judith is paying it forward through her humanitarian work.
